The range of emotions I went through in just one hour.. it's hard to explain what happens exactly and I think it's different for everyone, but I highly recommend to book a session with her whenever you get the chance. Just felt like I had to share how efficient, intense, transforming and trippy it was.

  • 3 months ago, I gave birth to a beautiful son. It was far from what I envisioned. During labor, I didn't feel held, heard or safe. There was a moment where I thought that one of us wasn't going to make it. The birthing experience left traces and a part of my belly became senseless' like it wasn't there anymore. Doing breathwork with Charlotte helped me to reconnect with that area, the rest of my body and my hidden emotions. I could grieve, because I felt held, heard and safe. When I was giving birth I was shaking uncontrollably, because I was so cold. During the breathwork my body was really warm. I had my eyes closed during the whole experience, but Charlotte later confirmed that she was helping restore the natural flow of energy. I'm feeling really peaceful and happy now and it also brought me and my husband closer, spiritually as well as physically.
